About body roller massage

Body roller massage is a 30-minute, full-body treatment on a motorised wooden roller machine. You move through a sequence of 15 positions, from the feet up to the arms, so that each muscle group is rolled in turn. The sequence is based on the principles of lymphatic drainage massage.

The rollers are made from natural wood and sculpted to mimic the pressure of a therapist's fingers. The drum rotates in both directions and is fitted with safety sensors, and the machine also includes infrared light and colour therapy features. It is simple to use, and a member of the team will guide you through the positions on your first visit.

Rolling is designed to support blood and lymph circulation, ease muscle tightness and help you recover between training sessions. Many clients also like it as a relaxing way to unwind, and some find it helps the appearance of skin tone over a course of sessions.

Sessions can be booked individually or alongside cryotherapy and hydrotherapy as part of a recovery routine. The recovery suite is open to anyone aged 16 and over.
