About prp therapy

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, often called the 'vampire facial', uses a concentrate prepared from your own blood. A small sample is taken and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells. Platelets contain growth factors that play a role in the body's natural healing and repair.

The PRP is then reintroduced into the skin, usually through microneedling or a series of fine injections, to support collagen production and skin renewal. Because the product comes from you, there is nothing synthetic involved and the risk of an allergic reaction is very low.

We offer three PRP treatments. The rejuvenating facial targets tone, firmness and texture. Scalp PRP delivers two vials to the scalp for people concerned about thinning hair. The stretch marks treatment targets a single area with two vials to help improve the appearance of stretch marks.

Sessions take around 90 minutes. Expect redness and mild swelling for a day or two. Results develop gradually over weeks to months as collagen builds, and a course of three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is typically recommended.
