About lipo freeze (cryolipolysis)

Lipo Freeze, also known as cryolipolysis or fat freezing, is a non-surgical treatment for stubborn areas of fat that do not respond to diet and exercise. Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than the surrounding tissue, so by cooling a targeted area in a controlled way the treatment is designed to break down fat cells while leaving skin, muscle and nerves unharmed.

During the session an applicator draws the area in and cools it. You will feel intense cold and some pulling for the first few minutes, which usually eases as the area becomes numb. Our Cryo Quattro system can treat up to four areas at the same time, such as the stomach, thighs, arms and chin, which makes it efficient for people with more than one concern.

The treated fat cells are processed and cleared gradually by the body. Changes can be noticed within three to four weeks, with the full result developing over eight to twelve weeks. Many clients see a difference after one session; two to four sessions are often recommended depending on the area and your goals.

Most people go straight back to their day. Mild redness, numbness or tenderness in the treated area is common and settles on its own. Lipo Freeze is for localised fat, not overall weight loss, and results are best maintained with a stable, healthy lifestyle.
