About vitamin injections
Vitamin injections deliver a concentrated dose of a vitamin directly into the muscle, bypassing the digestive system. They are quick to administer, most people go straight back to their day, and they are a convenient option for people who struggle to absorb nutrients from oral supplements or who simply want a more direct approach.
We offer three injections. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, nerve function, red blood cell formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D supports normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and low levels are common in Scotland during autumn and winter. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.
Before your first injection we will take a short medical history to make sure the treatment is appropriate for you. The injection itself takes only a few minutes. You may notice mild redness or tenderness at the injection site for a short time afterwards.
Some clients notice a difference within a few days; others see a more gradual change with regular treatments. We will advise on how often to return based on your needs.

Common questions
Injections deliver one nutrient into the muscle, where it is absorbed over time. IV therapy delivers a larger combination of vitamins and fluids directly into a vein for broader support and hydration.
